Where are my masks?

Due to incredibly high demand, all orders are currently shipping out from our warehouse in approximately 5-7 business days. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number. If you choose expedited shipping they will ship faster but will still take 5-7 days to leave our facility. Please note, all shippers are currently experiencing occasional delays. Let us know if something seems lost and we will see what we can do.

If your masks are showing "delivered" but you can't find them you need to file a claim with the shipper.

For USPS you can send a service request here. Just click "Where is my Package" and enter your tracking number. https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/

For UPS they require you to wait 24 hours from stated delivery time. You can submit a claim here: https://www.ups.com/claims/create?loc=en_US

How do I change my address? 

Please e-mail us at orders@henrymask.com to fix it. Let us know where you want your items shipped and whether it's a one time or permanent change.

Can I switch what pack I get next?

Yes, you can always swap your subscription for a different product. To do this, login to your account on our page by clicking the man icon. Use the e-mail address you used for your order.

Once you're logged in click "Manage Subscription" under Account Details.

From there click on "Products in your subscription".

Then click Swap Product. Pick your new product, select your shipping method and then click "Save Changes".

Your next shipment will be the new product. You can change this anytime. 

If you want to change an order that's already been processed, please e-mail us at orders@henrymask.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Login to your account on our page by clicking the man icon. Use the e-mail address you used for your order.

Once you're logged in click "Manage Subscription" under Account Details.

From there you can either pause your subscription until you would like to get more masks or cancel the subscription entirely.

Why can't I login?

You should be able to login with the same e-mail you used when you placed your order. When you placed your initial order you should have received an order confirmation e-mail and an account activation e-mail. Please check your inbox for an account activation e-mail. If you can't find it let us know by e-mailing orders@henrymask.com and we will re-send it to you.

I don't want to subscribe, can I just order one pack?

All of our products are sold as monthly subscriptions. They can be cancelled at anytime by logging in on our site. If you just want one shipment, you can subscribe and then cancel. You will only receive your first shipment.
